I recently transitioned into the oil and gas safety field. Before taking the role of the safety coordinator for ES&H, I was a law enforcement officer assigned to the traffic division. During my law enforcement career, I became a Drug Recognition Officer, was an operator assigned to the swat team, as well as a certified public safety diver. I have obtained several certifications over the years. I am a hazmat technician, Louisiana P.O.S.T Academy instructor, and advanced radar and lidar instructor. I am been trained in advanced interview and interrogation. I am also an expert witness in the 29th JDC court in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana, as a Drug Recognition Expert. I have been told I have a strong attention to detail and do not believe in cutting corners when performing tasks.
