As well as assists our terminals in Lima, OH, Barberton, OH and Morton, IL with customer acquisition and recruiting. Work directly with our customer base to ensure operations are running as scheduled and deliveries are being made in a safe and timely manner. Directly responsible for 3 teams of Dispatchers, Terminal Managers and over 70 professional operators to ensure policies and procedures are followed according to our company SOP's.
