Served as a Case Manager for approximately 60 Marines at any given time. Managed Limited Duty Cases/ Physical Evaluation Board Cases and Pregnancy Cases. Manage all of the Cases ensure that all Personnel made it to there appointments. Handled any and all issues that arose. Performed Counseling's on a weekly basis. Theses Patients were both Combat Wounded of injured in there Day to day training. Worked with Marines and Sailor's who had Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injury. Ensure that these Marines and Sailors received the proper Treatment and Equipment that they were required to Receive.Worked with Navy and Marine Corps Relief Society to get and I-Pad for Marines and Sailors with Traumatic Brain Injury to Aid them in Day to day living so that they can track appointments or important events. Also worked with the Medical officer to help get Marines enrolled in treatment for PTSD. I worked with Wounded Warrior Battalion by doing packages and getting Marines TAD to WWBN so that they can get proper care. I also worked with Hope for the Warriors with Scheduling Events for the Combat Wounded Marines and Sailors to attend.

Supervise and Manage All Personnel. Ensure that all Marines are Employed. Supervised Corrective Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance Procedures. Ensured that all Work was performed by the Technical Manual. Supervised the Quality Control Inspections to Ensure that all repairs or Actions were performed Correctly. Worked with outside sources to get parts that were needed in a timely Manner. Reconciled the Daily Progress Report on a daily Basis Making sure that all status changes and parts ordered reflected on the report. Ensured that all Parts came in timely manner.

Virginia Beach

Managed and Maintained 60 Pieces of rolling Stock. Conduct Annual and Bi-Annual Preventive Maintenance as well as All Corrective Maintenance. Mange all Movement of Gear, Equipment, and Personnel during all Field Operations and Daily Missions. Ensured that all tools and SL-3 Equipment Inventoried and accounted for and Monthly/Quarterly Basis which ever applied to that item. Conducted Weekly Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services for all Rolling Stock. Was responsible for ordering all Parts and for Maintaining all Parts Bins for the Tasks were open. Successfully passed Numerous inspections while serving on this Independent Duty.
