-Led day to day operations of fitness facility and implemented the Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning Thrive System to multiple locations.-Led over 40-Semi-Private Adult conditioning session per week.-Achieved top sales across organization of 5-locations running the new MBSC Thrive system.-Retained 92% of all MBSC Thrive program and Personal Training participants.
