* CMS experience: Working constantly with internal content management systems to create and maintain marketing websites. * Weblab: Managed and owned multiple A/B tests on our websites. * Web Analytics: Assesing metrics using Adobe Omniture. * Data extraction and Analysis: Editing SQL (not expert) snippets in relevant queries to extract data from database and deep dive analysis using excel pivot tables, formulae etc. * Email – Marketo: Owning several email campaigns from creation to reporting. This involved some email html work, integration with Salesforce etc. * Project management: Owning several high profile projects, cooperating with multiple global teams within Amazon, that had real impact on our business.

• Marketing: Producing and organising above the line and below the line materials to generate awareness around my brands – Listerine, Calpol, Benecol, Splenda etc. ATL - Television commercials, radio adverts, trade/consumer press.BTL – Liaising with external companies such as Exterion Media and Bonfire to produce in store POS such as shelf strips, wobblers and also outdoor advertising such as billboards and purchase points.• Project Management: I have been granted the responsibility of managing several different campaigns on both Calpol and Listerine. This has involved briefing various companies on the project, following through to make sure deadlines are met and then reporting results to my line manager.• Finance: Working with various SAP Lynx systems to raise pay orders.• Budget: In charge of Ireland’s spend on the brands mentioned above.• Data: Collecting and analyzing data using systems - Nielsen, Dunnhumby, BI and IMS.• Presenting: Regularly making presentations during monthly meetings with our sales reps to communicate our market share, new product innovation etc. I also make presentations during our alignment meetings with our UK team to keep them up to date with our performance (NTS, Market Share etc.).• Regulatory Affairs: I cooperate with our Regulatory affairs team to ensure that all materials circulated in public are compliant with rules and regulations. • Health Care Compliance: I organize events such as tradeshows and advisory boards. I work with my Health Care Compliance team to ensure that any HCP or KOL used is HCBI approved.• Microsoft Office: Advanced experience of Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook.
