As the Vice President of Digital Services at Empower Federal Credit Union, I lead the strategy and execution of digital solutions that improve the member experience and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. I have over 10 years of experience in the credit union industry holding roles in various business areas in Retail, Operations, and Information Technology.I am passionate about leveraging technology and innovation to create value for our members and our team. I have successfully launched multiple new departments, including the transition of the Retail Systems department to a separate function that supported the retail group with project-related initiatives. I have also overseen the development and implementation of new digital features and enhancements, such as online account opening and self-service options. My goal is to drive an improved digital experience and excellence at Empower FCU and beyond.
