Current*Manage all aspects of construction activities from ground to completion (commercial and residential construction).*Profit and loss responsibility.*Signature home, custom home and commercial construction.*Utilize extensive knowledge and expertise of structural integrity, water infiltration and liability exposure.*Utilize creative design skills for various projects.*Ensure quality of construction projects.*Meet all time deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.*Ensure safe working conditions at project sites.*Maintain positive relationships with clients, employees and subcontractors.*Inspect construction work on regular basis.*Directly supervise employees and subcontractors.*Obtain all needed permits.*Purchase construction materials as needed.*Utilize problem solving and decision making skills on a regular basis.*Schedule all work to be performed.*Review and execute change orders as needed.*During parts of the above mentioned dates owned and managed Carolina Excavation and Eastern Iron Works.*Samples of work: The Briarcliff Mall; The Waccamaw House; Breakers Wreath; Golf Homes in Georgetown, SC; Joint Venture on Pawleys Plaza.
