Supports and manages the daily operation of the marine terminal. Will assist Terminal Manager in the performance of all duties. Responsible for the oversight and general management of personnel, equipment, and facilities for all cargo handling operations, including loading and discharging marine vessels, rail cars, and trucks. Also responsible for oversight of financial forecasting, customer service, and facility development. All of these duties/responsibilities are performed in support and at the direction of the Terminal Manager. In the absence of the Terminal Manager will be directly accountable for all terminal activity.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Direct the safe and efficient operations in compliance with company policy and all applicable regulations.* Assist in the continuing development and training of the management team.* With the assistance of the terminals management team, direct the activities of the workforce, equipment operators, customer service reps., maintenance personnel, and administrative/clerical staff.* Serve as a key participant in the operational and financial (budget/forecast) reporting processes related to terminal activities. Reports are generated weekly, monthly and quarterly.* Assist in the continued development of training/education programs for all classes of employees in order to further the improvement of the Terminal’s levels of safety, quality and efficiency.* Develop and report Key Performance Indicators to enhance performance expectations and customer satisfaction.* Other duties as may be necessary to ensure the safe and productive activities of the terminal and to meet corporate expectations and requirements.

Manage assigned operational budget areas in accordance with predetermined goals.* Establish and maintain solid relationships with customer, carriers and Departments/employees by addressing their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.* Lead initiatives for improvement and efficiency with regards to area of responsibility, make recommendations and serve as project lead for areas outside of immediate responsibility as required. Follow through on issues identified to ensure appropriate resolution.* Perform tasks as directed by management and established procedures.

Prepares construction sites for installation of erosion control projects• Digs, rakes, sandblasts, recoats, bands mats, sets up dewater pumps and sandbag water dams, andperforms other tasks to prepare site• Signals equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery,equipment, or materials• Loads, unloads, or identifies building materials, machinery, or tools and distributes them to theappropriate locations according to project plans or specifications• Participates in daily safety tailgate meetings with crew, client, and subcontractors• Completes work according to all environmental requirements as applicable• Obtains and maintains various Operator Qualifications for pipeline projects• Participates in all assigned safety trainings and company-mandated tasks• Maintains inventory of company assets• Performs other duties as assigned

* Supervises the work of FN (Foreign National), & LN (Local National) personal during daily Retail and Mobile refueling operations.* Manages all petroleum operations conducted on the CONGEN compound.* Responsible for the quality, quantity and timeliness of fuel distribution and storage operations.* Oversees quality, safety and environmental issues within the Fuels Department.* Ensures compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).* Oversees, reviews, and ensures all accountability documents are complete, accurate and submitted on schedule.* Monitors fuel accountability and record keeping, ensures fuel consumption and inventory are accurate.* Operates and maintains a Retail Service Station.* Maintain fuel pumps and storage tanks.* Responsible to order parts and materials related to the fuel systems.

• Supervised the work of 5 expats, 4 TCN’s, & 15 LN’s during bulk, aviation, and retail operations.• Maintained account of more 500,000 gallons fuel being utilized for of bulk, aviation, and retail. (Jet A-1, JP8, Diesel, & Mogas)• Manage and coordinate personnel for daily bulk, aviation, and retail fuel operations with the management and personnel on ground.• Assisted and the blending process of petroleum products using Hammonds injector.• Coordinate shipping and receiving of fuel tankers within Middle East between various companies and organizations.• Performed daily admin duties (TDY travel Request, R&R vacation request, Material Requisition request, etc.)• Worked closely with Iraq MOO (Ministry of OIL), MOI (Ministry of Interior) officials and the United States DOD (Department of Defense) Army, Air force, & Navy and the United States DOS (Department of State) in support of DLA (Defense Logistics Agency) contracts
