The Las Vegas market offers a lot of opportunity for a variety of retail brands, with a diverse clientele from around the globe. LIK Fine Art has multiple locations in the Las Vegas area thus establishing it's Artist Studio and Corporate office in this market. I was excited to join the team and learn a new segment of the retail world, Fine Art. During my time in this role I was able to learn this amazing product, develop gallery operations and build sales teams to increase top line sales for the Las Vegas area.

Spring of 2016 Hugo Boss launched it's next flagship location in World Trade Center complex with a ground level location in The Oculus building. I was promoted to oversee and launch this exciting new location. This is a very unique location as The Oculus is a multi-use space, serving as a transit hub, art installation venue and shopping destination. This lead to our customer profile being very diverse, fast moving and always changing. As the General Manager I was able to lay the foundation for the future success of this location.

In May 2012 I was excited to start the next chapter in my Hugo Boss career. This chapter included a promotion and relocation to New York City. For the next four years I had the honor to over see the Meat Packing location. This was a high profile concept location that involved a unique assortment & price point exclusive to this location. The scoop of responsibly greatly increased as this location had greater sales revenue, head count and direct involvement with the corporate office.

In the spring of 2010 Hugo Boss penciled a deal to increase their foot print in the Las Vegas area, launching their second location in the Venetian Resort. I joined the Hugo Boss Family in May of 2010 to assist in the opening. In November of 2010 this new location officially opened and I was promoted to Selling Manager. With the success of the launch I was promoted to General Manager shortly after opening. In this role I oversaw all aspects of the business with a focus on driving sales, ultimately surpassing forecast goals by 30%.
