Direct and coordinate the activities of all security personnel. Ensure that all security staff provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention. Ensure the safety and security of guest, staff, visitors and contractors at all times. Track departmental safety record and document medically treated and non-treated injuries. Assign duties and schedule staff for balancing needs of the company and productivity standards. Monitor staff activity and coach subordinate performance. Ensure compliance with all security standards and preventative measures. Monitor and follows proper key control guidelines in loss prevention and in the property. Conduct investigations and compile reports on a timely manner for any theft, loss, accidents or any aspect that risk the safety of the company. Handles complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others. Establish crisis management and contingency planning. Conduct regular walk through rounds for observing all company client locations. Supervision of all Security Personnel and giving clear direction on all security related aspects. Coordinate with external police authorities in the investigation and handling of crimes, accidents, Government Ministers moments etc., involving the company and its employees. Perform all tasks consistently in line with the company standards and adhere to all legal and statutory requirements. Interview, select, review and train new security officers according to company standards to maintain order throughout the company. Be available 24 hours a day for genuine emergencies within the property.

• Provided immediate and executive protection for diplomats, dignitaries, executives and corporate personnel in Kandahar, Afghanistan while complying with the rules and regulations mandated by the Department of Defense• Worked closely with translators and team members in safeguarding government installations, materials, and documents against illegal acts, such as sabotage, rioting, and espionage• Independently patrolled area on foot, vehicle, and aircraft to detect and prevent unauthorized activities, using weaponry and/or physical force as necessary

Responsible for the morale, health, and training of a 39 man Rifle Platoon; responsible for the maintenance, accountability, and effective utilization of all platoon-assigned weapons, night observation devices, communications equipment, and individual equipment worth over $500,000; counsels, disciplines, and develops soldiers and NCOs into competent leaders; maintains the highest state of combat readiness regardless of conditions and personnel changes.

Conducts reconnaissance to provide the commander with information that has tactical value concerning the enemy, terrain, weather, and civil considerations within an AO; reconnoiters terrain to determine current and future movement and maneuver conditions; determines the enemy's disposition, strengths and weakness in detail; provides the information necessary to allow combined armed forces to maneuver against the enemy; strikes where the enemy is most vulnerable, and applies power to defeat it; gathers the information needed for execution of stability within the AO.

The Special Forces Communications Sergeant employs conventional and unconventional warfare tactics and techniques in communications. Trains and maintains proficiency in all Major Duties- Organizes, trains, advises and supervises indigenous and allied personnel in the installation, utilization, and operation of radio equipment, radio nets, standard and expedient antenna systems and wire communications. Proficient in and the instruction of the installation, operation and employment FM, AM, VHF, UHF, and SHF radio communication systems to transmit and receive radio messages in voice, continuous wave, and burst code radio nets. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of detachment tactical and operational communications and communication equipment. Plans, prepares and assists in the communications targets portion of the area study, prepares and assists in briefings, briefbacks, and debriefings. Supervises the communication functions when in split detachment configuration for special operations or missions. Advises the detachment commander on all communications matters.
