The Salesforce Administrator of Skills Center serves in several roles as (1) Instructor (2) Project Manager (SCRUM/AGILE) (3) Business Analyst (4) Salesforce Administrator. In their instructor role, the Salesforce Administrator instructs, mentors, and trains Skills Center students to be certified Salesforce Administrators. As part of the graduation requirements of Skills Center, every student must complete a 6-8 week "admin assist" or Salesforce implementation with their classmates on a SCRUM/AGILE/Kanban basis where the Salesforce Administrator serves as a Project Manager. However, prior to their "capstone project," the Salesforce Administrator serves as a Business Analyst as all "capstone projects" completed in the classroom require them to act as the business liaison/consultant for quantifying and process mapping the business needs of a community business. Lastly, the Salesforce Admin also acts as the main point of contact for the administration for the Skills Center Salesforce org (NPSP).

Served as Business Analyst by facilitating the discovery process for H.O.P.E's business needs for tracking their grants. The Salesforce Administrator then mapped and organized project on Kanban board for tracking workflow. Salesforce Admin then designed, configured, implemented and trained key stakeholders on Grant Management app. Coordinated ongoing administration of Grants app.

Served as Business Analyst and Project Manager for Ripples for Salesforce implementation. Salesforce Admin completed Discovery process for Ripples and designed process maps. Org built in cooperation with other Salesforce volunteers on SCRUM/AGILE basis.
