With over 20 years of experience as a Management Operations Analyst II and a Network Administrator at State of Illinois, I am a seasoned IT professional with a passion for designing, implementing, and maintaining computer networks and systems. I hold a Master of Science in Education (MSED) in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Chicago State University, where I gained valuable skills and knowledge in hardware, information technology planning, and data ethics.As an IT, Telecom/LAN Coordinator, I provide technical assistance and consultation for state hospital staff, establish priorities and completion dates for assignments, and decide on the best methodology to successfully complete projects on time and on budget. I have specialized skills in performing analysis and diagnostics to determine the root cause of problems, determining solutions, and serving on-call for problem situations and/or to receive assignments. I have also worked in the design, conversion, and deployment of Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) and Cisco Unified Communications, and I am proficient in Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA) applications.
