Heading the Salesforce consultancy under the social enterprise subsidiary of St Mungo’s, to maintain and grow the business to bring back profit to the charity whose mission is to end rough sleeping. Specialising in homelessness, responsible for managing and leading a team to maintain current contracts with charities and Local Authorities and win new contracts, through building and managing their Salesforce instances, extending customer adoption and expanding our portfolio of clients year on year, bringing value to our customers in the sector.Responsible for:- Managing a Salesforce team - Strategy, building and developing- Built a solid reputation in successfully delivering projects received RFIs and RFPs for Salesforce systems - Leading in contract discussions with C-level and collaborating with stakeholders to end users across our network- Account planning / budgeting - regularly research and manage the business from Leads to Opportunities, monitor pipelines and set budgets and targets for the team.

Responsible for research and marketing to expand the customer portfolio to small to medium size charities in the homelessness sector- Developed strong working relationships with external customers to help build trust in our business and gain referrals- Managed social media/Marketing: Twitter, LinkedIn, write blogs attend and networking events- Successful in researching and winning 5 new business contracts to increase profits in the first year- Responsible for new business and renewals to return a profit every year to bring in £500k over 4 years- Salesforce administration – provided support to developer on setting up security, system updates, UAT and developing system documentation

Responsible for setting up the pilot social enterprise and managing the first account as system admin while also researching and working on a marketing plan to promote and build the business.- Grow customer portfolio - Created website, responsible for social media and promotional materials and networking events
