About Bobby Shoebotham

Hello! I’m Bobby, a lifestyle and headshot photographer/videographer based in East London. I started taking photos of bands about 6 years ago, and quickly fell in love with taking photos that capture people’s emotions. This naturally progressed into family and event photography, and later moving into headshot photography which I now consider my speciality. I also recently started working with a fantastic creative agency to create visual identity for brands and generate eye catching content for them. As you can hopefully tell from my photos, I’m all about catching candid moments of emotion between people, and when shooting headshots one of my favourite things about the work is having a chat and getting to know the person during the session so that their images ideally capture a person at ease. Aside from photography I’m also a musician and sound engineer which I feel comes across quite strongly in my videography work, but headshot sessions will also most likely feature a few good tunes to chat about!
