I completed a 12-month contract position in the the Antibody Display and Hybridoma Technology Group in the Vaccine/Biologics Department. My research was aimed at discovering therapeutic clones selected from diverse antibody libraries that were constructed by our group.

I had this position while I was doing my master's at TJU. It was in the Division of Infectious Diseases in a HIV basic research lab. My project was titled "Modification of Integration Site Preferences of an HIV-based Vector by Expression of a Novel Synthetic Protein." It involved cloning and mapping targeted HIV-1 integration events.
