 Launched the company’s first PCBA operations in the U.S. and supervised property acquisition and conversion from office space into manufacturing space. Shipped revenue 90 days after the close of escrow. Successfully converted an existing office building into a manufacturing operations site and generated revenue from $0 to $9 million per quarter in FY16 with customer growth from 1 to 16 customers. Coordinated and managed the day-to-day operations in support of bottom-line growth and business goals. Established and executed U.S. operations’ strategic plans and goals, supply chain, leading all operations and providing executive leadership supporting those goals.

 Managed six manufacturing facilities in China, India, Vietnam, Poland, the U.S., and Mexico; delivered strategic direction and operational oversight on customer satisfaction, supply chain, P&L, Lean, global initiatives, and employee satisfaction. Managed global responsibility for about $3 Billion in revenue and outstanding operational performance of manufacturing plants in different geographies. Developed and implemented a Greenfield operation in Vietnam that increased from $100 million in 6 months to $350 million. Tactically and successfully negotiated with several different governments for subsidies and incentives for existing businesses in India and Vietnam.

In my previous role as Vice President, I:  Provided oversight for six manufacturing plants in Malaysia, India, Vietnam, and Singapore; acquired a major solar customer in India within 60 days to 1,200 employees.  Spearheaded operational activities, strategic direction, supply chain initiatives, and Lean-based continual process improvement and ensured customer and employee satisfaction with the responsibility of about $3.5 Billion in revenue. Generated medical business in Singapore site and expanded sites in Pune, India. Developed and implemented short- and long-term organizational goals, objectives, policies, and strategic plans. Directed and delegated employees on how to best serve the company, increase acumen and prepare for future promotions. Managed a supply chain team responsible for $1.7B in material spend.
