In my previous role as Vice President, I: Provided oversight for six manufacturing plants in Malaysia, India, Vietnam, and Singapore; acquired a major solar customer in India within 60 days to 1,200 employees. Spearheaded operational activities, strategic direction, supply chain initiatives, and Lean-based continual process improvement and ensured customer and employee satisfaction with the responsibility of about $3.5 Billion in revenue. Generated medical business in Singapore site and expanded sites in Pune, India. Developed and implemented short- and long-term organizational goals, objectives, policies, and strategic plans. Directed and delegated employees on how to best serve the company, increase acumen and prepare for future promotions. Managed a supply chain team responsible for $1.7B in material spend.
