Advanced troubleshooting, accurately answer accounting questions, chart configurations, disciplinary actions, payments and research. Coordinate staff presentations, training, memos, and communication as a liaison between management and the team. Over see the accuracy and professionalism of the team's communication with our customers and other departments. It is my duty to monitor calls on a monthly basis verifying that our team is providing accurate information, customer care, courteousness, and following the complete guidelines and methods provided by training. I also evaluate account history for special request approval or denial, as well investigate accounting issues and assist with ACR on credit approvals and or denials on returned products that may not be with in warranty. Monitoring the repair status and communicate with the repairs center at Westside Warehousing center. Thoroughly investigate the customer service email mail box to distribute evenly amongst the team to expedite all customer service related request. Assist with organizing a training method for future prospects.
