Stenstrom Construction: Oversaw all aspects of construction projects, from planning & budgeting to execution & closeout, to ensure that projects were completed safely, on time, & within budget while meeting quality standards & client expectations.

Stenstrom Excavation & Blacktop: Led and supervised field operations for concrete work, site development, and utility installation, from inception to completion. This work included coordination with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets that align with project goals and objectives.

Stenstrom Excavation & Blacktop: Directed and managed all aspects of the blacktop division including estimating, project management, scheduling, and management of the field personnel to ensure the completion of the project.

I collaborate with fellow committee members to develop strategic plans that address the unique challenges and opportunities faced by youth in Rockford.
