Direct weekly internal network security scans and assessments to minimize and/or eliminate known vulnerabilities,Utilize intrusion detection systems and techniques to monitor suspicious and malicious activities and inadequate security practices across the airport’s network,Manage and collaborate with vendors and 3rd parties operating in O’Hare and Midway on the remediation of security vulnerabilities and other areas of IT security management,Perform security risk assessments, audits, and tests against internal sites and systems, including CDA’s public-facing sites and other airport systems,Ensure the enforcement of security policies and procedures is implemented and followed at all times, Perform password complexity checks to ensure compliance with security standards and implement an in-house-built host data collection tools to identify anomalous activity,Implementing policies from Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and other Federal agencies regarding IT Security,Coordinate any cybersecurity incident mitigations, recoveries, and development of cyber incident response plans,Oversee cybersecurity project development and implementation.

Manage service agreement contracts for the maintenance and operation of the terminalbuilding and the surrounding supporting facilities,Assist with any IT projects, Act as liaison with local, state, and Federal agencies (TSA, Homeland Security, FAA, U.S.Customs),Act as IT project liaison. Meet with contractors and CDA IT team and coordinate any IT needs for any ongoing projects,Develop, plan, implement and administer division goals and budgets,Monitor work in progress to ensure projects remain on schedule and that repair andmaintenance work is completed according to established standards, following proper policies & procedures,Assess and monitor facility maintenance repairs to ensure cost-effectiveness, establishcriteria for repair and replacement of infrastructure,Work with management personnel representing airport tenants, including airlines andconcessionaires to resolve complaints and problems,Assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget.
