CurrentJob duties include, but are not limited to the following:• Recruit, review applications, interview, and hire employees using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)• Improve recruitment and retention within the organization• Review and process applications• Establish local recruiting networks• Develop and standardize training for terminals, drivers and touch labor• Train Managers to assist in qualifying applicants• Obtain MVR’s and PSP’s and perform employment verifications as required by company guidelines and DOT• Implement, educate, and follow through on the ABF Quality Process, policies, and procedures• Represent the organization at job fairs, military bases, commercial driving schools, high schools, colleges, universities, etc. related to recruiting• Stay well-informed on competition and industry news/strategies as it relates to recruitment • Monitor utilization of fast track hiring process• Develop and standardize certified terminal driver mentors by location• Build, develop, and grow all business relationships vital to the success of union labor recruitment • Assist terminals with corrective action to conform to standards• Assist with advertising needs• Work in a team setting to accomplish recruitment goals
