Specifically, create and post price pages for 4 separate brands, ensuring that all this data is set up correctly in the ERP system, troubleshooting pricing discrepancies with dealers and invoicing, and performing competitive pricing and profitability analyses. PANs are technical documents that translate data from marketing, engineering & PLMs into a manageable format for internal use. These are similar to, but more extensive than the price pages (includes internal goals for the products, marketing focus, forecasted sales, configurator rules, and vendor info). Input Product & Pricing data in Microsoft Access, then export to a series of tables in the ERP. Ensure that all promotion discount levels and qualifications are accurate in the ERP. Document all promotion changes and processes for troubleshooting promo discrepancies with dealers and semi-annual audit process. Query promotion usage and effectiveness for analysis.Generate leads through use of UCC filings and D&B data. Track competitive lead times. Run various reports in Cognos for sales managers. Assist sales managers with other marketing related inquiries. Involvement in efforts to migrate product data from the Access database mentioned above to a new sales configurator. Clean up existing customer data in the ERP and integrate with new Microsoft CRM software. Communicate with vendors the requirements and implementation of this transition.
