During my time at In-n-out I worked with managers to achieve the highest efficiency for quality. Planed out a strategy for the day in order to keep the quality and service high while still completing tasks that needed to be done throughout the day. Trained associates to give outstanding customer service and how to create an experience for each and every customer. I had a great time working with my fellow associates while at In-n-Out.
