I began my time at Top Tier Gym, a kickboxing and group fitness facility, as Fitness Director, and eventually grew to Chief Operating Officer. During my tenure, we established a recognizable brand and a known reputation in the region, becoming the go-to facility for kickboxing and MMA training.➙ Grew membership by 240% in only 3 months after launching a marketing campaign. Our superior service and innovative concept led to a sharp increase in word-of-mouth referrals as well.➙ Wrote grant proposals to raise funds during the COVID-19 pandemic, earning recognition in our local newspaper.➙ Developed an online fitness concept to continue providing service and community to our members during the COVID-19 pandemic. This initiative helped us to retain membership and relationships when in-person operations resumed.

Oversee and manage a thriving fitness initiative catering to residents, encompassing on-site, virtual, and YouTube platforms. Objective: motivate individuals to adopt an active lifestyle. Deliver daily cardiovascular routines and strength training sessions tailored for special populations and enthusiasts alike.

Throughout my early career as a personal trainer and my history as an athlete, especially within wrestling, I considered myself an expert on a variety of fitness equipment. In time, I noticed flaws within the waist trainers currently on the market, and decided to innovate a new concept to help my clients achieve their fitness goals. Before long, The Belly Burner made its debut in the marketplace, eventually reaching 82K+ retail stores and selling 1M products on-air in only six months. My journey with The Belly Burner evolved from sourcing materials and creating a prototype, all the way to personally starring in infomercials and creating home workout videos. My brand surpassed the product itself, and I earned a reputation as a fitness expert and enthusiast, hosting a show on QVC called In Your Gym, where I demonstrated and sold sports and exercise equipment live on-air.➙ Grossed a total of $30M, with eight products, a clothing line, nutritional products, and a complete fitness video series.➙ Partnered with notable marketing firm, 2 Elevens, to produce informercial and videos. Earned endorsements from celebrity personal training clients by leveraging existing relationships.➙ Drove scientific testing processes in partnership with a third-party lab. I placed emphasis on ensuring that my product performed reliably and provided high value for customers.➙ Collaborated with retail outlets (AS SEEN ON TV) to achieve retail product placement in 82K locations.I have maintained involvement in all aspects of The Belly Burner, from raising funding to initiating strategic partnerships,all the way to choosing packaging and managing shipping logistics. I am incredibly proud of championing a new product from its infancy through to its extraordinary success. The experience I gained has enabled me to innovate, scale, and grow additional new concepts as my career has progressed.

As a leader within this innovative fitness concept, I have directed all aspects of our operation with an aim towards growth. Our enterprise aims to leverage technology-based training to reach clients of all fitness levels, helping them to achieve their personal health goals within a boutique fitness studio setting. I lead our efforts to customize one-on-one training programs using an FDA-cleared electro-muscle stimulation suit, plus marketing and operations efforts to expand our reach while scaling effectively.➙ Projected revenue to reach $1M by extending our concept to multiple facilities throughout the region.➙ Hired and coached 30 staff on safe, effective, and customized training methods for clients with a variety of goals, health concerns, and fitness levels.➙ Established top to bottom operations, including pre-sale processes, all technology systems, and brand messaging to ensure consistency across locations.➙ Partnering with a third-party organization to complete clinical product testing, ensuring safety, reliability, and value to our clients.

Drawing on my broad range of experience, I functioned as a personal trainer, nutritional consultant, fitness director, and team leader. I even served as a spokesperson for the Crunch Fitness brand, making appearances on Good Morning America, Regis and Kathlee and several talk shows to share my expertise about health, fitness, and nutrition.➙ Developed 10 nutritional supplement products for our brand, sold in retail locations. I focused on products that aligned with industry trends and appealed to our target market.
