Customer Technical Service Representative responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing and inspecting the complete technical product line. Product line included fire alarm systems, security systems, access control systems, CCTV systems, nurse call systems, sound and paging systems and master time systems. Held a NICET level 3 certification in fire detection. Accepted promotion within same organization in sales department.

Perform cold calls to uncover prospective client’s needs and design Personal Computer Systems and Software Packages to meet customer specifications. All computers and solutions were made to order for specific customer applications.

Worked with the public in all areas including ticket sales and aircraft boarding operations. Also performed operations planning, aircraft load planning and air freight service. Company sponsored extensive customer service training.
