I am currently deployed to Iraq as a member of a Psychological Operations unit. My primary responsibilities include managing a 4 man team, supporting a Brigade sized element (300 plus soldiers), and meeting with key leaders of foriegn government for the puporse of nation building. I will be returning to the states 1/June/2010 and will be available for work on 6/june/2010.

Install cable television,broadband internet services and VOIP in customers homes.

Responsible for 3 man team and an adviser to a battalion commander in support to over 300 Soldiers during combat operations. Plan and coordinate all missions and operations independently from headquarters with limited time constraints and deadlines in order to meet supported commander's intent.Held meetings with foreign key leaders and foreign nationals in order to gather intelligence and influence their attitudes/behavior to meet commander's intent.

I did installation and repair for AT&T for 8 years. I provided excellent customer service on a daily basis. I have some knowledge of U-verse, which is AT&T's new TV.

Installations: performed approximately 5,000 in Columbus, Ohio with a 5% call back rate which was 2% lower than the expected average.Repairs: performed approximately 4,600 in Columbus and Cleveland, Ohio with a 4% call back rate which was 3% lower than the expected average.Installs, rearranges, moves and disconnects equipment on customer premises.Tests, locates, clear all faults and defects, and performs preventive maintenance routines on company and customer equipment. Perform diagnostics to locate faults and defects in distribution cables of 2,500 pair and smaller.Performed preventive maintenance routines on 2,500 pair cable and smaller.Responsible for conducting tests for cable pair identification including placing and removal of heat coils, carbons, and blocks in central office and buildings.

Conducted operational training and team building in support of combat operations for the 346 PSYOP CO (TAC) (ABN).Readily put forth the extra time required to ensure that all training/mission goals were met.

Responsible for securing and maintaining 5 million dollars in equipment.Managed 4 technicians and the servicing of 22 tactical vehicles, 14 trailers, and other mission essential equipment.
