Taney Youth Baseball Association is Philadelphia’s premier youth baseball program serving the Center City region with about 1,000 players, 5 leagues, and a member of Little League.Created a tool to expediate and automate the manual and tedious team/player allocation process while providing transparency of all leagues. Sitting member on Taney board meetings governing all league events and operations. Administer the league, supervise evaluations, and recruit coaches while promoting and enforcing Little League regulations. Point of contact to resolve conflicts and disputes. Liaison with Phila Parks and Recreation for field conditions and oversee inventory management.
