The CRM application has integration points with various internal CMC systems like BI, Web-based Application front-end, Trading Platform, Customer Hub and Java Core Services. The integration with these systems are implemented using SOAP, REST, HTTP and JMS technologies.As part of the Pega development team, I have worked on multiple projects to implement regulatory requirements, feature enhancements and BAU changes to the CRM application. This application is used for back-end processing of the customer onboarding/account creation process (including KYC, appropriateness scoring, EDD, AML and ID&V checks), as well as servicing of existing customers. Some of the projects that I have worked on are -• Created a process that performs enhanced screening of customer/applicant's income/financial status and triggers actions using case management• Implemented a new process that uses REST integration with a third-party email marketing software to manage hard-bounced emails• Worked on upgrading existing JMS-based Java services integration to use REST services• Built a JMS Listener based process to automatically take action on updates to customer data, notified via messages published on a topic• Built a service that uses HTTP integration to fetch and parse a large data set of real-time price feeds• Various UI enhancements needed as a result of the Pega platform upgrade from 7.x to 8.x• Performed a key role in the upgrade of Pega from version 7.x to 8.xI was also responsible for a Pega application that verifies, validates and processes all inbound and outbound payments made by CMC customers.
