This was a temporary position I took after my son was diagnosed with Leukemia. As he was about to enter a 3.5 year treatment process, this opportunity allowed me to use my experience in advertising sales while helping the owner of Dartz Magazine get established in the Dallas market. There was also very limited travel required so this allowed me to be always available during my son's cancer treatment. The assignment lasted one year before moving on to join the Ram Jack family.

Developed business and marketing plan and oversee all sales and administrative operations. Partner with nationally ranked franchise and corporate owned preschools in the McKinney, Allen and Frisco areas with a roster of over 500 children on board the Fun Bus every week. After 6 -1/2 years as the highest single unit revenue producer in the franchise network, successfully sold the business in September of 2013 at the peak of its profitability to private investment group wanting to add value to their portfolio in the children's fitness space.

Managed all aspects of Associate Publisher selection process, territory sales, market maintenance, budgeting and P&L. Charged with restructuring sales and operations for New Market Sales, Market Development, Market Research and National Advertising Sales Divisions. After a number of disagreements as to the direction of the operation, my wife and I decided that I would leave Travelhost and start our own business. We chose to start a franchise business.

Managed all aspects of $10M annual publishing / sales operation with offices in Dallas and Ft. Worth. Direct oversight of all Sales, Distribution and Production operations as well as Budgeting and P&L. Hired in part to design new and updated sales model as well as to bring experience in developing and selling online products. I left this position to take a Vice President position with another publishing company.
