Drawing on experience in private equity, consulting, and industry, Bobby Achettu founded Accelerated Growth (AG) in 2009 to assist entrepreneurs in the implementation of sustainable growth. The firm grew to 120 team members, 3 offices, and was on the Inc. 5000 list 5 years in a row. AG was acquired by Sikich in November of 2022. Bobby and his team are now part of the 2,000+ team member strong organization. Sikich is unique for many reasons, including having 37 diverse service offerings, and being one of the fastest growing firms in the industry. In his role at Sikich, Bobby is responsible for India operations, along with crafting and executing Sikich's global expansion strategy by leveraging international teams to drive innovation within the organization. Specialties: Bobby has significant experience in business performance improvement, business development, strategy, corporate governance, competitive analysis, financial modeling, equity/debt financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Board Experience: Bobby currently serves on, or has served on the boards of companies ranging in size from 30-200 employees as a fiduciary or advisory board member. The organizations are in the banking, media, marketing services, technology, recruiting, and non-profit management industries.Teaching Experience: Bobby is a member of the adjunct faculty at both Loyola University, where he teaches courses on global entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship, and Northwestern University where he teaches courses on modern workplace culture, and the evolution of business from the industrial revolution to today.
