My career began as a trained HVACR technician. This hands-on background helps me lead a team of 22 people in the service department because I have first-hand knowledge of the work and its involvement. I can relate to what my team experiences every day in the field. My goal is to remove any obstacles that stand in their way, tackling issues head-on. I’m passionate about providing exceptional service and solving problems.My strengths include being adaptable, dependable, and loyal. I’m usually the first one in and the last to leave. My greatest accomplishments are those of my team. They are solid. They work together well and are dedicated to performing at the highest level.I am a continuous learner, always striving to improve. As such, I graduated from the Arizona Builder’s Alliance Emerging Leaders Forum. Also, I participate in HB University’s leadership development program Pathway to Achieving a Vision of Excellence (PAVE). I’m interested in the sciences: geology, archeology, anthropology, and astronomy. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time outside observing nature.
