I am currently employed by the Citizens Information Board (CIB) as the national lead for the marketing and promotion of Abhaile; the Irish State-funded mortgage arrears support scheme, and MABS, the Money Advice and Budgeting Service.M&S Ireland previously employed me as a commercial, marketing, and visual retail manager. In my most recent role, I lead multiple teams in the day-to-day running of the Home BU, internal marketing, and visual merchandising. I worked to deliver outstanding customer service, commercial targets, store standards. Driving footfall and managing stock loss and shrinkage, planograms, and layouts.In addition to the above management position, I was charged with a Customer Service project, expecting to lead a team to help convert our customer satisfaction (c-sat) from 'not achieve' to 'achieve'. The final result was 'exceed', achieved through open collaboration with my team, regular communication, and weekly clear goal-setting.I was the first democratically elected Irish President of the award-winning Harper Adams University Students' Union (HASU). The first Chair of the HASU Board of Trustees. While studying in Gurteen, I set up the first student committee that organised the first Raise-and-Give (RAG) week. Recently graduated with a Diploma in Digital Communications for Public Sector and a separate Certificate in Customer Experience (CX) from the CX Academy.Also graduated with a Post Grad Diploma (PgD) in Digital Marketing, learning about and developing my skills in areas such as:- Digital strategy and planning- Search marketing, SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and analytics- Social media content creation, community management and outreach- Mobile marketing, messaging, apps, advertising, and video- Email marketing- UX- eCommerceI'm currently enrolled on an online Director of Marketing MBA with Next MBA, which started on September 16, 2021, and will run for 12 months.
