Bobby F. Blackwell, Lieutenant Colonel, USA – Retired and distinguished member of the Army Acquisition Corps. Since joining GS5 in 2006, Bobby has served as company President, Secretary, has served as managing member for Alliant IT, a GS5 joint venture, and has served as program manager for numerous GS5 contracts. During a distinguished 20 year military career, Bobby held numerous operational and logistics positions, but most recently served as a Regional Contract Administration Director within DCMA, Director of Business Operations supporting DISA command and control (C2) systems, and served as Product Manager supporting two operational intelligence systems deployed world-wide in support or army and joint intelligence operations. Bobby is a graduate of numerous military schools including the Infantry officer basic and advanced courses. Combined Arms Service Staff School, the Command and General Staff College, the Material Acquisition Management Course, the Advanced Program Manages Course, and numerous specialized contracting courses. He holds a M.B.A degree in Strategic Management, is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), is a DAWIA Level III certified army acquisition professional in Contracting and Program Management, and is a Level III qualified ISO 9000 lead Auditor.
