I lead product development and sales in the military and water markets for AirJoule, an innovative Joint Venture between Montana Technology and GE Vernova, that develops the world's most efficient atmospheric water harvesting system.

Helped create and scale the newly created ARCWERX (Air National Guard Innovation Organization). I served as the Operations Officer for the organization where I was responsible for creating policy, guidance and training materials to effect long-term culture change towards innovation for 107,000 members of the Air National Guard nationwide. • Authored and updated the organization’s strategic, operational, staffing plans and budgets• Managed execution of $30+ million in Squadron Innovation Funds to spur small scale prototypes and new innovative ways to accomplish missions• Served as adviser to 90 subordinate unit innovation offices to help them fund, implement and scale successful new business models, programs, software and equipment• Created position descriptions, org chart, hires and supervises multiple employees in accomplishment of mission requirements

Owner of Growler Country Franchising, creating new opportunities for entrepreneurs to leverage the highly successful Growler Country model. As Florida's first growler filling station was named Best of Tallahassee for “Craft Beer” in 2019 and also named Best Beer Bar in Florida by CraftBeer.com.I served as Head of Sales and Franchise Growth as well as handling all administrative, financial and legal aspects of the original Growler Country location.Secured a profitable exit after negotiating a sale of the business.

As a part of the first cohort of the Air Force Ventures Fellowship, I worked with Bow Capital to better understand the tech industry, how venture capital works and sharing my knowledge of how the Air Force is trying to lead innovation in the Department of Defense.

I started my career as an enlisted infantryman in the Army National Guard and I was deployed to Iraq during the initial invasion in 2003. In 2010 I was selected for a commission in the Florida Air National Guard. From 2012-2013 I had the privilege of serving as an Aide de Camp to the 1st Air Force Commander. I also served as an Aircraft Maintenance officer in the 125th Fighter Wing, Air National Guard where I supervised maintenance crews on F-15 fighter aircraft.

Veterans Florida is a nonprofit corporation established by the Florida Legislature. The corporation is tasked with marketing the State of Florida is the number one home for veterans and their families, encouraging employers to hire veterans and enhancing the entrepreneurial skills of veterans. As the organization's first Executive Director, I was tasked with creating the organization from the ground up. I built a team of professionals and helped create new programs to help veterans find meaningful employment, start their own businesses or get an education in Florida. As Executive Director, I managed and conducted the day-to-day business of the organization on behalf of the Board of Directors. Additionally, I provided direction and leadership to the formulation and achievement of the organizations' philosophy, mission and its annual goals and objectives.

As the Director of Legislative and Cabinet Affairs I was responsible for all aspects of the Department's legislative initiatives with the State Legislature and U.S. Congress. I assisted in determining department policy, drafting legislation, issue positions and strategies for successfully passage of the department's priorities. One of my key duties was keeping open lines of communication with stakeholders and building coalitions to support the department's legislative and operational priorities. I was also responsible for directing the development, analysis and department response to legislative and other initiatives impacting veterans, dependents, and their survivors. I successfully designed and implemented initiatives to educate Florida's Congressional delegation, state legislators and other federal, state and local officials on the problems and concerns of Florida's military veterans. In this role I testified before dozens Legislative committees concerning matters that affect Florida's 1.5 million veterans, and was frequently sought out by legislators as a subject matter expert on military and veteran issues.The Florida Cabinet is a unique governmental structure, made up of four statewide elected officials that provides departmental oversight. My duty as the Cabinet Affairs Director was to ensure communication of issues concern to the department, preparing agenda items for Cabinet meetings and representing the department at Cabinet Aide meetings.In this position I supervised one legislative analyst and one part-time administrative assistant that provided support during busy legislative committee weeks and legislative session.

I helped draft, monitor, and lobby for legislation on behalf of the Florida National Guard. The office served as a Military Liaison to the Governors Office and other elected officials. The most rewarding part of this job was it often allowed me to help military personnel with complex problems such as pay, benefits, and legal matters.

Served in multiple roles of increasing leadership positions starting as an entry-level rifleman and finishing as an engineer team leader. Experienced trainer of soldier skills including marksmanship, land navigation, tactics and radio communications. Selected as non-commissioned officer of the year for my brigade in 2010.
