Duties currently being accomplished at this organization include:-Utilizing a professional demeanor and a multi-line phone system to proficiently direct callers to appropriate personnel. -Assisting bereavement coordinator in the formation and distribution of client paper work packets.-Assisting bereavement coordinator in the maintenance and updating of sensitive client information. -Utilizing and personal computer and Microsoft Excel 2017 to create worksheets containing current client information for future ease of access.-Assisting clients living out in the community with participation in bingo games.

I am currently enrolled in a Principles of Accounting I class within this institution. Concepts and experience currently being focused on include: accounting for business transactions, adjusting accounts for financial statements, accounting for merchandising operations, inventories and cost of sales, internal controls as well as accounting for receivables.

Duties performed included but are not limited to:-Greeting hospital clients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor as well as directing them to their desired location within the medical district.-Utilizing professional gift of team work to help efficiently expedite the problem solving process with consumers.-Manipulating facility databases in efforts to swiftly compile data and direct hospital clientele to loved ones located within the medical district.-Facilitated various tasks at the help desk located within Blackwell Medical Tower. -Swiftly and efficiently provided a client base of 40 individuals coming into the facility with various pieces of helpful information such as directions to departments in the building, the overall hospital district and desired physician’s offices, thus continuously moving clients throughout the hospital.-Adhered to all processes and procedures having to do with running the help desk to ensure that all decisions and actions executed proficiently.

-Representing the organization to potential consumers with a very welcoming and professional demeanor.-Openly serving my clientele of approximatly 20 residents as gaming mediator and facilitator thus keeping all conflicts between a residents to a minimum.-Utilizing skills of excellent organization and multitasking in the sorting and filing of various resident records, thus maintaining a high rate of productivity among the office environment. -Exercising gift of exceptional customer service in efforts to assist in the fulfillment of emergency resident needs, ensuring any and all needs are tended to in an efficient manner.-Utilizing skill of leadership during resident exercise group activities, thus ensuring all clientele are provided with an active and positive living environment. -Using interpersonal skills in efforts to get to know each resident on a more personal level, consequently aiding in the swift delivery process of all future social services to residents.

Objectives completed include but are not limited to:-Majoring in Social Work with a concentration in Generalist social work.-Exercising gift of multitasking to efforts to successfully and efficiently complete all daily coursework and other academic priorities-Collaborating with professors in order to successfully complete the university's social work program and obtain my degree.-Utilizing professional gift of analysis during program field work in efforts to efficiently decipher and aid in the delivery of all needed social services to clientele.

Objectives completed while serving at this organization include:-Participating in various interpersonal duties such as getting to know each of the residents of the facility on a personal level as well as taking part in the formation in several resident care plans. -Other tasks participated in include those of clerical duties such as the organization of various residents medical records.

Greeted students entering and exiting the bookstore, assisted customers with service matters, assisted customers with locating textbooks, lab manuals and other novelties, functioned as a store associate assisting customers with service issues, accounts, purchases and checkout matters.
