Every morning I wake up and prepare to turn the page and write the next entry in this story called "My Life". I have learned over the years that some days will be considerably harder than others. While one can not go back and re-write the previous pages, by studying and learning from what is on those pages help you when you start writing a new page. Over the years I have been able to combine real world and real life experience with my formal college education to create solutions that work for both the company and our customers. I am a strong believer that everyone that works at your organization needs to have a reason to be motivated to come to work other than needing the job. We all know that we need the job because that is why we got to work. There needs to be something more. That reason to come to work can be anything. The challenge that the job represents. You really enjoy the interaction with your customers. One can even develop a strong relationship with their coworkers and just simply want to come to work.I am a relatively open person. My background and experience is very diverse. I have accomplished a number of different things. At one time, I didn't think any of those things would be possible. I have found myself on the top of suites at Texas Motor Speedway standing between Roger Penske and Chip Ganassi and they watch their cars competed on the track. I had the joy of helping a customer make the right purchase and keep his business alive because of that one order that changed his luck. As a Residential Adviser, I worked with at risk youth and gave them that one chance at responsibility that change their outlook and changed their life.
