About Bobby Daniels
I've been working in telecommunications since 2004. Though the industry's changed, so have I. I am efficient on the following test gear: Sitemaster, Spectrum Analyzer, Path AlignR, and OTDR and am able to troubleshoot. I'm not just a button pusher. I understand what the machine is telling me. I've gone from climbing and erecting towers, building cellular sites from 2G to AWS, OSP, ISP, splicing fiber, and learning how to manage projects on several different levels. To juggling several balls on a daily basis, including a full-time school schedule, pursuing an Engineering Degree. My track record shows a results-driven, highly adaptable, hardworking, accurate, loyal, and knowledgeable. I never thought after I climbed my first tower that this would turn in to the career that it has. I've had a couple of really good teachers along the way-they know who they are that I'm grateful for. I love this industry and I'm looking forward to many more years, and much more learning.

Manage construction crews, mold the foremen into future management prospects, and mentor the less experienced guys. Follow up on daily activities on site, collect and review closeout documentation, and ensure that all employees are working safely and in accordance with OSHA and company guidelines. I keep in contact with the customer on a daily basis with job progress as well as cover any out of scope and change order items. Theres alot more responsibility than that, but that is the main function and services I provide.
