• Hiring Manager - Recruited and trained leaders and enlisted financial partners. Enlisted and worked with 14 leaders with diverse ethnic and linguistic backgrounds using multiple models for community impact. Coordinated.
• Web Design – Created PPBA.org website to increase volunteerism and donor awareness. Also created websites for new churches.

Not all things work out as we planned. While this church did not succeed, we did provide valuable ministry for over 50 people in the redeveloping area of Lowry. Tracy and me pioneered Apartment Life ministry here in Denver which has now grown to 15 teams on the front range of Colorado. Also - leaders are now serving as pastors in Colorado and abroad. Hope.
