I am a Senior Associate Attorney at Walters Law Group in the Orlando, Florida area. We represent a wide range of clients from some of the most visited websites in the world to small startups across the media, entertainment, and technology industries. Though I work for a boutique law firm, my current role is more comparable to that of a Product Counsel or Privacy Counsel in-house at a large tech company than it is to an associate at most other law firms.I have extensive experience advising owners, C-suite executives, middle managers, and lower-level employees across departments on evaluating and minimizing risks. I counsel individuals and businesses on registration, licensing, and enforcement of copyrights and trademarks. I also represent clients on a variety of transactional matters and operational issues, including privacy, marketing and advertising, content production, content clearance, employment and labor, gambling, cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence, and other internet and social media issues such as content moderation, age verification, trust and safety, and responding to law enforcement requests, search warrants, and subpoenas for user data.
