Bobby Dillard is the CEO and Co-Chief Investment officer of Blue Yonder Property Group (BYPG), a real estate private equity firm established in 2023. With 20 years of experience focused on Texas real estate, Bobby previously led Cielo Property Group as CEO for 12 years. His expertise spans acquisition, financing, development, and investment, having been involved in 50+ projects totaling 5 million square feet across multiple product types and markets. A 7th generation Texan and Austin native, Bobby holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He serves on the Executive Council for UT McCombs Real Estate Finance and Investment Center and the UDMUC Gold product council for Urban Land Institute.
