CO Adaptive focuses on designing low carbon, zero energy buildings that are meticulously engineered and tailored to be beautiful

Design studio digital instructor for first and third semester graduate architecture students. Introduced students to parametric and algorithmic design concepts and applied computational models to their specific studio projects in Rio De Janeiro, NYC, and Hong Kong.

1 North Moore:During the design phase, responsibles included developing brick exterior details, exterior entry door details, steel and glass entry canopy design, kitchen and bathroom layouts, cornice, copings and roof details. Once in construction, responsible for meeting weekly with contractors and respond to questions, review conformance of work to plans, review shop drawings and coordinate with consultants.115 CPW (South Penthouse):During the design phase, responsibles included developing wood fly ceiling details and kitchen atrium paneling, design of millwork in den, living, and master bedroom, selection of project materials. During the bidding and negotiation phase, participated in negotiation meetings and value engineering measures to bring the project in on budget.

Responsible for conceptual design through construction documentation for several award-winning international projects. Expertise in producing high-performance building facade envelopes for research laboratories, university buildings, and performing arts projects.

Design and development of San Diego Children’s Hospital. Responsible for all exterior detailing including: curtain wall, metal panel and roof membrane detailing for 240,000 sq.ft. building.

Design, 3d computer modeling, conceptual through final rendering and finalized image compositing. Designs include high-rise hotels and commerical complexes in China as well as development of a new mico-region in Beijing, China.

Extensive experience in developing construction documents, code research, existing structures analysis, specifications and materials research, engineering systems coordination, document checking and construction administration. Designs include high-end residential, retail tenentimprovements, and historic preservation.
