Clients include foreign and domestic security firms, law enforcement agencies, and proprietary training programs. RICI also works with law firms consulting on case preparation and expert witness testimony for law enforcement and physical security matters.

I was hired in 2007 to teach in the Homeland Security Administration program which was later changed to the Public Safety Administration program. I also teach management and leadership courses in the undergraduate and graduate business (MBA) programs.

Administrative duties include grant management, policy and training. I assisted the Chief and Mayor with administering Federal and State Grants, and writing the department policy manual. I also conducted in-house legal training on agency specific needs.

I was the Attorney Supervisor overseeing legal training for law enforcement officers in Kentucky. I was assigned to the Birmingham Division where I served on the Reactive Crimes Squad and the Foreign CounterIntelligence Squad. In the three years I worked reactive crimes, I convicted three people on eighteen bank robberies, investigated and recovered three children in parental kidnapping cases, had one kidnapping conviction, and convicted six people for thirteen auto thefts as well as multiple convictions for Theft of Interstate Shipment.
