★★★ Experience and Expertise ★★★Before joining the Faculty of Advocates Bobby Frazer was a litigation partner at Drummond Miller LLP, Edinburgh where he was latterly in charge of the Sheriff Court department. He has extensive experience in all aspects of court work and during his career has conducted numerous civil proofs, debates and criminal trials. He became a solicitor advocate in 2004 and was a Law Society Council member from 2001 to 2011 during which time he was a convenor of the Quality Assurance and Client Relations Committees. He called to the Bar in 2012. He is presently a legal assessor to the Nursing Midwifery Council and the Church of Scotland. In addition he is a member of the Scottish Gymnastics and Cricket Scotland disciplinary panels.
