At any given time we are financing hundreds of houses coming out of the ground in North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Florida.• Single-family housing repair throughout the South and Midwest. We finance the rehabilitation of older housing stock being converted into modern housing stock.• Land development. We are financing more and more land development for the creation of new housing to help meet the enormous demand for housing throughout the southern United States.
