• Manage daily activities for 35 LabCorp Patient Service Technicians and float personnel• Supervise the operations of up to 15 Patient Service Centers, according to their established P&P• Maintain weekly scheduling for 35 direct reports and 15 Patient Service Centers with 3 cities• Monitor overtime for 35 PSTs and initiate personal hands-on coverage to decrease each week• Ensure 15 Patient Service Centers have coverage and swiftly implement coverage plan, if needed• Assist with staffing, including: the hiring and removal process for up to 40 Patient Service Techs• Engage in strategic communication when it relates to client concerns, and enacting protocols to ensure errors will not reoccur, if / when necessary• Guarantee Patient Service Centers are stocked with necessary supplies and carry-out re-ordering• Preserve personnel records for all 35 direct reports , as well as, Patient Service Centers• Retain employee Health and Training certifications for direct reports• Supervise and administer appropriate disciplinary action for employees, if/when necessary• Conduct training for employees in areas, such as: UDAS collection, Forensic Hair Collection, Saliva Alcohol Collection, Moderate Complexity Kit Testing, Computer Training and Phlebotomy

• Manage daily activities for 15 Biomat direct reports and weekly float personnel• Generate and oversee weekly scheduling for 15 employees to ensure minimal overtime, if any• Monitor overtime and assist with personal hands-on coverage to decrease overtime each week• Oversee all aspects of daily business on both floor and supervisor level• Assist in daily collection of patient specimens and patient health records• Interact with patients and build rapport within the community to strengthen Biomat USA brand• Ensure facility is stocked with the necessary materials and supplies to service patient population• Maintain highest level of quality at all stages, to ensure regulations required by OSHA, FDA, Biomat USA, as well as, all agencies involved in the production of blood plasma are adhered to• Serve as Safety Coordinator during drills to detect safety concerns and implement plan of attack

The Dr Pepper Hoop Troop is a high-energy group that can be seen launching t-shirts into the stands with their gigantic slingshot or entertaining the crowd during timeouts at all Mavs home games.In addition to their on-court antics, the Dr Pepper Hoop Troop also appears at Mavs community events in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex.

• Assist with Phlebotomy and cover Lab for Patient Testing • Comfortable with all aspects of phlebotomy, including but not limited to: lipid profile, finger sticks, venipuncture’s, blood draws for all testing, injections, vitals, send-outs, and test ordering• Ensure patient information is accurate, sign-off on for verification and then log into database

• Oversee and assist in service with 750+ donors on weekly basis to ensure quality is exceeded • Train all new and existing personnel in basics of phlebotomy and customer service• Create and deliver trainings to ensure staff stays up-to-date on Phlebotomy techniques • Generate weekly staff schedule and maintain on daily basis to ensure Phlebotomy coverage is available to handle to 100+ patients on a daily basis (750 per week, minimum) • Monitor all Plasmapheresis equipment for functionality and OSHA requirements• Troubleshoot and repair all inoperable Plasmapheresis equipment • Provide superior customer service to staff and 750+ weekly donors
