1. Supervise and develop effective policies and procedures for a team of career advisors around approach and delivery of career services including, but not limited to: Client Screening, Recruitment, Job Placement and Strategic Employer Engagement.2. Engage local employers and training providers to determine their hiring/training needs and recruit and place clients based on skill set, experience and overall fit. Where direct job placement may not be an immediate need, strategize and implement creative, cost-effective on-job-training (OJT) programs to build pipeline of talent that address long term hiring goal(s).3. Lead regular meetings with other Workforce Development career coaching staff to ensure program consistency, quality, and growth. Maintain necessary documentation and prepare program reports as needed.4.
