About Robert Hahn

Known for being approachable and sympathetic, I've made sure that I remain genuine with my performance and maintain a good and healthy working relationship with everyone around.I have worked in various industries and enjoyed and learned from every single one of them.I started as a radio host where I became comfortable and pretty good at public speaking (this job included hosting large events and interviews)I then moved onto being a communications coach and trainer at a call center where I observed and improved the experience of customers with the power or communication.I then jumped into recruitment to help a startup company with the initiative of properly filtering applicants to suit the client's needs. I dealt with more people than ever, both client and applicants and learned to become more competitive (in a good way I think) in achieving goals, reaching numbers, and meeting deadlines.As a bonus, due to the massive amount of data we had to deal with, I pretty much became an Excel genius, as well as other office applications.I then got into sales and marketing, where I created training materials and exercises for employees to know how to connect with a client, and turn these connections into sales. This is where I also had to handle some social media pages of clients and was in charge of the companies' visibility. It was challenging but it was great fun, and the end result is what made it all worth it.I then joined the Hotel industry as soon as I moved to Germany.I have always adored the art of service, and I had to get it out of my system and just try it. It was also a way to build better discipline and appreciation for a job. I started the apprenticeship so I would have something to show for it. And it was to get comfortable with the language (Although I'm German, English is my dominant language)
