I am now looking to apply my experiences in creating high performance engineering teams, developing relevant products, thinking strategically and solving very complex problems others cannot in order to help accelerate a company's success in their overall objectives. Specifically, my experiences include introducing low-cost cutting-edge technologies (miniaturized wireless) to create successfully disruptive products in our industry, motivating a team to maximize on quality while reducing risks and costs, minimize waste by using root cause analysis and encouraging hard work. I have led a multi-disciplined team to create one of the most disruptive products that allowed the company to remain the top leader in the industry for over a decade. I was granted 3 patents. US - 7291014, US - 7201483 and US - 5816817. My skills include software and real-time firmware programming (mainly C, C++, python, and HTML), PCB designs using microprocessors with IMU's, accelerators, hall effects, proximity, encoders, and optical sensors, electro-mechanical designs, laser diodes, cameras, optical filters, motors and controlling pneumatic valves. I also have used common software database applications to assist in project management (both traditional and agile), defects tracking, BOM's, costing, personnel management, and root cause and other data analysis. My hobbies include solar energy harvesting and control, electric vehicle charging and control, home automation, running, yoga, golf and do-it-yourself home projects.
