Oversaw ACEP’s managed organizations including the Society of Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants, the Council of Residency Directors, and the Emergency Medicine Residents’ Association. Implemented extensive marketing and communications initiatives within ACEP, leading to the largest growth in membership in more than a decade. ACEP has seen historic growth in all membership categories. During my tenure, non-dues revenue and grants surpassed all-time records for the past twelve years. Introduced numerous innovations, enhancements and new revenue streams to grow ACEP’s international convention, the organizations second largest revenue source. Strategies introduced produced five years of the largest net income in ACEP’s history with record breaking attendance each year.

The Emergency Medicine Foundation (EMF) furthers emergency medicine research and education. To date, EMF has awarded more than $15 million in research grants to advance emergency medicine science and health policy. Provided a strategic fundraising plan to grow EMF’s assets from $1.7 to $ 7.6 million. Establish EMF’s first Legacy Society with over 105 members. Directed the largest research grant awards program in emergency medicine. Worked with volunteer leadership to establish the first EMF Endowment Campaign.
