ConciergePR is a specialist public relations and event management business which works with the hotel concierge community in London. We help businesses directly reach hotel concierges and then educate them about what their business can offer to their guests with the intention of establishing working relationships.Concierge PR offers clients event management services in the format of a "Concierge Showcase Event" or a "Concierge Networking Event" where the client can focus on showcasing their business whilst delegating to ConciergePR the responsibility of attracting the best hotel concierges (in therms of the hotel location and hotel guest demographic) to attend. ConciergePR is very proud that to date we have always organised successful events. I co-founded ConciergePR with hotel concierge industry legend Bill Howard.

Concierge Trade Publication was exclusively launched and published as the only specific trade publication for London-based hotel concierges. Each concierge from each hotel in London directly received their own copy of each edition which was hand delivered to them in a labelled/sealed envelope at their hotel.The publication was focused on updating the hotel concierges on industry news such as which colleagues had moved/joined hotels, which restaurants had opened/closed, which theatre shows had opened/closed, which actors/actresses had joined which theatre shows, etc.Concierge Trade was a key marketing tool allowed businesses to publish their information and reach the whole hotel concierge community in London. They could update/educate/reach the hotel concierges about their business.Concierge Trade was hugely supported and appreciated from the hotel concierges and worked very closely with them via the publication and sister company ConciergePR.I co-founded Concierge Trade with hotel concierge industry legend Bill Howard. Sadly the Covid19 pandemic forced the Concierge Trade to suspend publishing.

Concierge Magazine was a table top hotel publication which was distributed inside hotel bedrooms in 5* and 4* and boutique hotels in London. The publication acted as a monthly visitor guide for visitors staying at the best hotels in London with content covering the latest need-to-know recommendations in restaurants; theatre, nightlife, shopping, attractions etc. The publication's readership was a huge success and it was a very popular and well respected publication among the hotel concierges themselves. To the 100+ hotels that placed Concierge Magazine inside their bedrooms for their guests, the publication was considered the best quality in terms of content and presentation and a very proud achievement was that Concierge Magazine was exclusively chosen by Claridge's as their only London visitor guide to be placed inside their bedrooms.
