As the Specialist, Operations, I set the vision and strategic plan for the operations of a 7-week resident-based training event for 70 future teachers. This included leading an 8-person team with 3 direct reports to execute the strategic operational plan for the training event and designing and implementing the strategy for a yearly $150,000.00 contract.
